  • Project progress control
  • Coordinate all project team members to execute the project smoothly
  • Arrange the schedule and resources of each stage of the project.
  • Internal project monitoring process
  • Responsible for the holding and record tracking of meetings at all stages of the project.
  • Follow up on the needs or problems of the customer’s response.
  • The supervisor assigns the execution and follow up of related project matters.
  • Weekly project review meeting to assist in the convening of the meeting and meeting records.
