About Our Client

This company is the third largest appliance manufacturer in the world.

Job Description

• Reviews customer orders on their completeness and accuracy. * Clarifies inconsistencies with sales team or customer.
• Process order entry and monitor overall order status included stock availability, upcoming goods schedule, delivery status and provide feedback on installation completion status.
• Arrange delivery and dispatch installation information to the relevant party.
• Sales and customer requests
• Respond to customer and sales requests for order status, product availability, backlog status, credit and billing issues, installation completion status, all related to sales process.
• Handles customer complaints regarding logistical or commercial mistakes
• Issue credit/debit, arrange return shipment.
• Issue invoice and process month end reconciliation
• Generate report and coordinate with the project on needed basis.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Successful completion of bachelor degree or comparable academic qualification * Willingness to work in an intercultural environment incl. effective cross-border communication. * Preferably already gained 2 years of experience as sales/administrative assistant. * Hands-on work approach, excellent communication & negotiation skills. * Being able to be remain positive while dealing with customer or sales’ request will be an important trait. * Having the ability to resolve issues quickly, to provide for a proper solution, and to build the relationship with customer and sales. * Excellent computer literacy, especially MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and usage of SAP.
