Digital Communication Manager Job Description

The DCM is responsible for the daily brand social platform management, agency management, focusing on digital pull content activation. Include but not limited to KOL/KOC and media coop planning and execution. This job also requests basic photo/video editing skill to support social post creation.

Brand Social Platform Management (FB/IG)

• FB consumer enquiry management & handling (day in-out)
• Copy writing & post development /upload
• Brand social calendar execution

Pull Activation management

• Annual KOL partnership management, KOL pull content ideation and execution
• Media coop planning and execution
• Monitor brand social WOM and generate content to improve Social Platform engagement

Digital Content Creation, Campaign Planning & Creative Submission

• Day-in-day-out coordination with multiple agencies (digital agencies, PR, media portal or blogger/KOL)
• Manage digital content creation and schedule, including social post creation
• Adapt brand content and assets to fit for TW social platform use
• Submit approved creative material to different media channels (follow submission schedule from Media Agency) for content broadcasting
• Monitor media performance and provide suggestion on content planning/buying optimization that drives media efficiency

Requirement

• Understand skin care social landscape and consumer social insights
• Great communications and production-know-how skills to engage with consumers in social media
• Great storytelling skills to produce social post
• At least 1~2 years of related experience in digital, communications, KOL management or media communications
