Job Overview:

As Senior Sourcing Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing aesthetic materials, industrial materials, alternative raw materials, manufacturing tools/machines and product/service vendors, to ensure effective materials and services availabilities for our operation and business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source the potential vendors for facilities and equipment from local/oversea material vendors for RFQ of new program.
• Work with purchasing teammates and prepare each cost down plan or set up cost down target.
• Work together with engineering/product development team, quality team and user to visit the vendors for plant surveys, advise the comments of the survey result to superior.
• Confirm with vendors the delivery schedules and follow up the progress.
• Evaluate and qualify the submission samples.
• In order to save the cost and shorten the lead time, work with users, engineering/technical parties on the oversea parts & equipment for the localization requests.
• Negotiate with vendors the unit price and address vendor quality problems effectively if any.

• 與供應商協商單價並有效解決供應商品質問題（如果有）。

Requirements:

• 5-8 years or more in sourcing and/or materials management.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing aesthetic materials, alternative raw materials and toll manufacturers.
• Familiar with the marketing trend of the critical raw materials.
• Strong communication and organization skills, details oriented, pro-active with sense of urgency.
• Strong ability to build relationships and teamwork within department throughout the organization.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and meet deadline.
• Data analysis skill and sensitive to data, plus plant survey experience.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel when required.
