Job Overview:

As a Customer Service & Sales Administration Executive, you will be to work closely with other departments to provide customers satisfactory services as well as orders fulfillments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales plan to deliver assigned targets and business objectives of Apparel team.
  • Support Customers and Sales Team in new/existing opportunities, sampling, technical requests, track status and manage quotations.
  • Monitor/manage development of opportunities and do needful to support sales team for closing deals.
  • Communicating effectively with a variety of departments within Bemis and function well within a team.
  • Offer value-sell service to customers and drive additional opportunities.
  • Provide support to demand planning team to better manage given forecasts.
  • Collaborate work with Sales Administration teammates and other cross functional parties to ensure quality of teamwork.
  • Deliver great experience in complain handling to customer and make sure customers comfort with our after sales service.
  • Enter and generate sales orders into ERP system and create picking list for local distribution center.
  • Coordinate material and inventory plans with Supply Chain Teams.
  • Handle and response complaints, sales order changes, cancellations and account billing questions as well as other queries of sales orders.
  • Assist other departments to clarify problems with customers in relation to inventory control, debt collection, pending shipments and other operating matters.
  • Ensure Order-to-Cash (O2C) process operates smoothly.
  • Comply with company product offering rules and policies.
  • Evaluate Finished Goods Ready Date with considering supply chain status.
  • Provide reporting as required.
  • Support office administration tasks regularly.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects or related tasks/duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in sales support, customer services and Order Fulfillment, experience in textile or garment industry is a plus.
  • Good command in listening/written/spoken English & Chinese.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work and adapt in rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong process orientation and analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
  • Customer and result oriented, be proactive and speak up.
  • Must be able to collaborate in a team-oriented environment, as well as work independently.
  • Expertise in MS Word, Excel (including Excel pivot tables), PowerPoint required.
  • Well versed with ERP system. Experience in Microsoft Dynamic AX system is a definite advantage.
