At Glints, we are building the #1 tech-enabled recruitment and career discovery platform in Southeast Asia that helps people and organisations realise their human potential by joining great organisations, learning the right skills and building great teams.We’re looking for a Marketing & Operations Intern to join our team, to support candidates user growth on Glints Job Portal and job publishing initiatives.What You’ll Be Doing

• Support marketing campaigns by developing assets & copy (e.g., EDM, Social Posts, Online Ads) that are relevant to the target audience
• Support growth team by becoming the operational liaison between Glints job portal users & Recruiters to deliver good job application experiences, and assist in creating engaging job posts to attract local talents
• Support social media efforts by researching underserved content themes & topics, and providing refreshing campaign ideas

• A passion for online B2C marketing
• Person with results-driven mindset and a sense of ownership, who are able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines when necessary
• An agile and resilient person who embraces change, is able to work fast and adapt quickly, and isn’t afraid to evaluate methods that don’t work
• Someone meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• A fast learner who shows a strong will to grow and proactively seeks feedback for improvement
• Is authentic, humble, and honest, with a flair for communications and stakeholder management to gain buy-in, support, and collaboration from decision-makers and stakeholders
