My client is a global consumable manufacturer and distributor with a rich history spanning over a century. Known for its diverse portfolio of well-established product brands, the company operates internationally and remains a prominent player in their industry.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organisation’s growth.
  • Advise senior leaders on HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, and performance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to address workforce planning needs.
  • Oversee HR programs such as talent acquisition, on boarding, training, compensation, and engagement.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry best practices.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives for an inclusive work environment.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues while upholding policies.
  • Lead HR projects to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee experiences.
The Successful Applicant

  • 10 years HRBP or Full function HR working experience
  • Leadership experience
  • Familiar with L&D and ER function
  • APAC/Regional offices HR exposure is a plus
  • Familiar with manufacture industry operation
  • Good command of Business English
