Workfully’s fastest-growing partner is a finalist of Storage Products of the Year Award 2020 and is searching for world-class talents to help its customers maximize their investment in high-powered IT infrastructure.

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will:


  • Resolve customers’ issues whenever current product features, reliability or documentation do not match their expectations;

  • Provide back-office support for pre-sales engineers, partners, and resellers;

  • Keep track of installed systems via remote monitoring and proactively identify needed actions.


You will need:


  • Expertise in supporting Linux-based enterprise infrastructure products (storage, networking, virtualization, security, etc.);

  • Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes/Containers and Linux OS (installation and management);

  • Familiarity withL3 support and customer interactions for enterprise infrastructure and storage products.


Bonus Points for:


  • Experience in Networking and performance analysis;

  • Start-up environment background;

  • Linux OS proficiency.
