My client is a company that mainly engaged in semiconductor and optoelectronic components design, production and cleanliness improvement engineering and other related industries. It has been recognized by customers such as TSMC, UMC and Micron. 工作內容 Responsibilities

  • 客戶資訊蒐集,客訴處理與品質改善計畫管理。Customer information collection, customer complaint handling and quality improvement plan management.
  • 對公司KPI指標實施過程進行監督和有效控制,以達到客戶要求的指標。Supervise and effectively control the implementation process of the company’s KPI indicators to achieve the indicators required by customers.
  • 協調處理客戶相關投訴事宜。Coordinate and handle customer complaints.
  • 客戶端品質合約,客戶特殊需求審核與導入。Client quality contract, review and introduction of customer special needs.
  • 協助部屬解決客戶相關問題並建立客訴處理訓練流程。Assist subordinates to solve customer-related problems and establish a customer complaint handling training process.
  • 針對客戶提出的合約(交易條件、生產流程、產品要求、售後服務)作初步評估,並在必要時尋求其他部門協助,以即時回應客戶需求。Make a preliminary assessment of the contract proposed by the customer (transaction conditions, production process, product requirements, after-sales service), and seek assistance from other departments when necessary to respond to customer needs in a timely manner.
  • 定期拜訪客戶,維繫穩定客戶關係。Visit customers regularly to maintain stable customer relationship.
  • 其他主管交辦事項。Other matters assigned by the supervisor.
  • 需求條件 Qualifications

    • 大學以上,理工科系背景。Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience,Science and engineering related departments
    • 5年以上工作經驗,具有客服工程師處理客訴案件實際經驗,熟悉半導體產業清洗製程尤佳。More than 5 years of work experience, customer service engineers have practical experience in handling customer complaint cases, and are familiar with the cleaning process of the semiconductor industry, which is especially good.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • 個性熱情積極細心、溝通及邏輯理解能力佳、抗壓性強。Enthusiastic, positive and careful personality, good communication and logical understanding skills, and strong stress resistance.
    • 需負擔管理責任,可協助上級主管統領業務團隊。Need to bear the management responsibility and can assist the superior supervisor to lead the business team.
    • 英文語言能力中等 Intermediate English language skills.
    • 熟悉Office工具運用。Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

    薪酬條件 Salary conditions

    年薪(台幣) 120萬~180萬。 Annual salary (NT$) 1.2 million to 1.8 million.
