Key Responsibilities

• Working with AGS (Applied Global Service) FSO (Field Service Organization) or SBU (Service BU) teams on customer qualification of new repair solutions on complex part families like E-chucks, Heaters, and others.
• Key duties involve developing technical data packages working with engineering, aligning the data packages with FSO and customers, answering technical questions, following up / monitoring qualifications, reporting weekly updates, following up on failure analysis if any
• Customers / locations will include Taiwan, Singapore and China- primary location in Taiwan, but coordination with all 3 regions to headquarters.
• Some travel – maybe 20-35% range
• Will prepare project plan and coordinates the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation. Maintains matrix for process improvements
• Will drive project deliverables and task details by through the use reports, tracking charts and, checklists.
• Aligns the activities of resources internal to the business unit to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project.
• Monitors, and reports to the business unit on project’s cost performance.
• Will participate on intra business unit design teams to complete projects. Will contribute to the team’s technical development in the pursuit of the team’s project goals.
• Will research causes to project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution.
  
  

Role Requirement

• 5 years above project management experience in semiconductors
• Engineering background with engineering working experience, such as CE (Customer Engineer) / PSE (Process Support Engineer)
• English level: needs to be fluent in English
