The Opportunity

Lalamove is now seeking for an out-going, energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our Driver Operations team in Taiwan. This role will require someone with strong communication skills to reach out to our driver community and maintain strong relations with our driver partners.

    • 協助用戶與司機夥伴,解決各種疑難雜症問題。希望你能透過業的溝通技巧替Lalamove圈粉!
    • 與內部客服團隊合作,解決客戶端與司機夥伴端訂單/配送之爭議協調
    • 傾聽、解決與追蹤客訴案件,提升服務滿意度
    • 相關營運專案執行與成效追蹤,例如提升進線服務效率與優化客戶體驗等
    • 公司將提供完整的教育訓練,包括專業資訊及回覆技巧訓練,並且會有資深前輩帶領線上實作!

休假方式
    • 排休自由,假日不禁假,3天以上連假,需提前1個月前通知,因為有快樂的客服人員才有快樂的客戶,休假衝突時可自行與其他客服協調
    • 休假天數均按當月紅字天數
    • 假日需與其他客服輪班,假日好排休
