The Role

  • Be responsible for daily operation support to PLT(Plant Leadership Team), hosting visitors, office staff oversea travel assistance and monthly operation team review preparation after startup
  • Make sure implementation of company directions & policies

In this role you will

  • Schedule meeting as monthly, quarterly & annually
  • Assist PLT & office staffs travel arrangement
  • Assist oversea visitors for their stay & necessary support at KSP
  • Coordinate activities of KSP if needed
  • Monthly information(indices) collects from PLT
  • Assist supervisor indicated assignment

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

  • Experience to support management team in plants are preferred
  • Familiar travel arrangement such as: Visa, Passport, ticket etc
  • Agility to response urgently needs
  • Good coordination ability
  • BA degree or above
  • Being fluent in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • Skillful on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
