  • Review Sales/customers forecast and delivery rule
  • Allocation finished goods PO
  • Prepare capability on System (L6-L10-L11) lead time between PO vs. ETD
  • Plan the material and semi-product demand about L6/L10/L11/L12(+ SW)..from mass production.
  • EOP/EOL control (include Key parts)
  • Material and Semi-products kitting plan (from China to Taiwan or USA)
  • Control key parts on ETD and ETA schedule
