Job DescriptionThis role has dual responsibilities: HRBP and talent management. The HRBP role is to align with functional organizations to provide HR expertise and solutions for the business leaders and their teams. The focus should be on building organizational capability and a high engaging, learning and performance culture that will drive business success. The talent management role will lead Taiwan HR team to retain and develop our talent.Key Accountabilities
  • Understand the people strategy which in line with the business’ needs and fully implement during the daily work.
  • Work closely with CoE & HR Ops Teams to develop and implement solutions in the areas of C&B, staffing, P&D and engagement.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness & change management and organizational development by identifying areas for improvement and helping to create, improve or streamline business processes that enable the organization to effectively achieve goals
  • Build a high-performing culture by providing coaching and interventions with the business leaders and individuals, particularly around performance improvement, engagement, and team effectiveness.
  • Provide employee relations expertise, supporting leaders though team and individual disputes by providing legal advice as well as a focus on performance & engagement.
  • Involve in developing and managing workforce plan, support line manager to work with Business leaders to develop and meet the plan objectives through organization design as internal and external hiring.
  • Champion recruitment by clearly identifying internal and external hiring needs and supporting the business leaders to select the right talent from a diverse talent pool within efficient time to hire cycle.
  • Build talent by identifying leadership and functional capability gaps and working with the specialist team on the plan to close the gaps.
  • Learning and understanding current organization capability development programs, leadership programs, talent review process, MT development programs by working closely with HR and business leaders.
  • TM related project management: lead global/regional project in Taiwan
  • Develop an understanding of the Kimberly-Clark TM project operating model with internal employees/leaders, global/Region CoE, external third-party resources and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, organizational management or a related field is required. An advanced degree, preferably in discipline such as Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related.
  • 8+ years of progressive work experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience delivering results within a matrix structure.
  • Experience partnering and coaching senior-level executives.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering HR business partner / generalist consultation in support of a commercial (sales, marketing, innovation) client groups preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in Talent Management and/or Organizational Design/Effectiveness, ideally spanning global audiences.
