RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage all electrical and mechanical Hardware items in front of customer and project management and marketing.
• Project planning, tracking, and processes to meet target of the projects.
• Manage to complete Hardware allocated to project.
• Being active development expert members taking active role inside the project cells
• Research, design and evaluate electronical design of embedded system products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
• Provide proposals for RFI/RFQ and in line with project manager and marketing requirement.
• Checks and approve electronical components to manufacturing.
• Ensures all design by hardware behavior could meet by project request.
• Provide feedback to design engineers on customer problems and needs.
• Communicates with the project manager, marketing and head-quarter in a timely manner.
• Supports the project manager throughout the project requriement.
• Responsible for managing deliveries to customers in time, quality and budget

Experience & Skills Requirements:
• >10years of working experiences in hardware design of Embedded System related product development.
• >3 years hardware management experiences.
• Very good Project Management capabilities.
• Very good communication skills, self managed, highly motivated.
• Good understanding for hardware planning, design procedure, prototype manufacture and debugging.
• Experience in hardware design in STB, DTV, Networking or embedded systems will be a plus.
• Knowledge on HW engineering processes and HW validation.
• Knowledge on EMC technologies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodology.
• Team work and able to motivate team members.
• Good communication skill across different functions.
• Capable in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint tooling
• Fluent in English to communicate overseas members.
