Minimum qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience with 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) standardization on 5G and 4G.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Experience of preparing documents for 3GPP standardization SA2/CT1 meetings.
• Experience of attending 3GPP SA2/CT1 meetings.
• Knowledge of 3GPP 5G Specifications and functionalities.
• Knowledge of 5G architectures.
• Knowledge of the latest research in mobile communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop 5G feature concepts (e.g. System Architecture/Core Network) solutions.
• Prepare internal technical investigation reports and presentations.
• Prepare 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) meeting contribution documents and debrief internal teams.
• Attend 3GPP SA2/CT1 meetings and follow developments in 3GPP SA2/CT1.
• Analyze and report on the contributions submitted by other delegates into SA2/CT1.
