Minimum Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of Security Systems (Logical & Physical Access Control, Electronic security systems etc.)
• Good written and verbal English skills along with local language fluency
• Willingness to provide on-call management support, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to implement consistency in policies and procedures across a site
• Define and monitor metrics in line with AOP (annual operating plan) objectives
• Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills and professional level of emotional intelligence necessary to achieve the desired objective deliverables
• Skill in decision making and problem solving in the absence of complete or accurate data
• Stakeholder management, both within various global organizations of the company
• Exhibit attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment
• Solid presentation, Excel and communication skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferably a former member of law enforcement, military or similar government service
• Preferably has position applicable certifications (PSP, CPP)
• Preferably has a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with focus on Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security or a closely related field.
