About Your Next Opportunity

We are looking for CRM Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution and Project Management (B2B/ B2C) who has a strong passion for VR/AR/ metaverse and other trending technologies. This role will develop and implement the company’s web-based marketing strategy to promote the company’s brand/ products, attract visitors and potential leads, and generate internet sales.

In this role, you will deliver the most premium consumer electronics products in the world. An extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Marketo platform expert and platform operation & analysis and ultimate the global CRM experience.
  • Develop/ plan/ execute the global CRM plan.
  • CRM journey planning.
  • Identify, analyze and implement quality and efficient improvements to CRM processes.
  • Reporting on key campaign metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available media and analytics data.
  • Performing ROAS/ ROI analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different CRM campaigns.
  • Analyzing the effect of multiple CRM campaign and develop, implement innovative strategies for improvement and performance growth.
  • Deliver campaign performance analysis reports via excel/ Power BI and presentations to stakeholders among different global regions.
  • Data management/market trend observations
  • Keep track on paid media and CRM activities and animation in the markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience in CRM marketing experience.
  • Experiences with Marketo platforms is preferred.
  • E-commerce marketing experiences is preferred.
  • B2B digital marketing experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Familiar with media advertising is preferred.
  • Familiar with Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Familiar with Power BI is preferred.
  • Extensive program management experience.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead and manage projects proactively.
  • Attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement.
  • Strong analytical abilities, including analyzing data and drawing insights.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel for producing reports and presentations.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese mandarin with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to research, troubleshoot potential issues and articulate problems with internal groups.
  • Prior experience in the consumer electronics and mobile phone and VR industry is a plus.
