SummaryThe role of General Service Specialist involves diverse and multi-administrative tasks to support the site operation business teams in Taoyuan Site. Assignments involve work of a general and complex nature, exposure to general information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment and diplomacy, as well as comprehensive knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- The position can be leveraged across different client engagements, the principle activities may vary per client group
- Interface with people at all levels, both internally and externally, to communicate and/or gather pertinent information. Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Oversee all aspects of general office coordination
- Coordination and implementation of company procedures
- Responsible for handling processes such as purchase order administration and government reports, reimbursements and grants, PM work order management
- Manage travel arrangements, calendar schedules, meetings & conferences as well as other formal and informal events
- Organize visitor ,company and client visits to the site
- Responsible to plan, organize and administer meetings, recording minutes, tracking and following up on action items, continue improvement projects, etc
- Performs clerical and administrative activities specific to the Supporting function
- Manage site outsourcing service clean service, security , catering service , Horticultural Landscape service
- College degree or above
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant working experience of General Service or Project Management in international company
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP and standard PO processes is preferred
- Good in written and spoken in English is preferred
- Good Team player
- Excellent in planning, organizing, prioritizing and follow-up skills
- Strong attention to details and a sense of urgency
- Highest level of ethical behavior
- Fast learner
- Proactive and service minded attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks with minimal supervision
