2. 負責5G基地台軟體開發進度專案管理
3. 軟體功能規格, 系統流程規劃, 含UI規劃設計與UX體驗
4. 與研發工程師協調開發時程, 追蹤開發與測試進度
5. 負責專案定期會報進度與狀況處理
6. 客製化需求規劃與可行性評估
7. 協助產品介紹與行銷文件撰寫

專長條件：

1. Strong and proven program management in 4G LTE/5G NR base station and OSS software development and 10+ year experiences in telco and communication industries.
2. Familiar to Agile and Waterfall Project Management Methodology.
3. Solid influential skills and ability to cooperate on all organizational levels.
4. Experience with software development life cycle/process, tools; GitLab, Validation/Verification,
CI/CD in DevOps, Source Code Management..etc.
5. Excellent knowledge and application of engineering development activities
a. Strong on problem solving skills,
b. Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup.
c. With Cross-Functional skills, Communication, Negotiation skills.
d. Ability to influence others to achieve results.
6. Good Presentation Skills is required.
