  • "1.I maintain an up-to-date knowledge-base of site-related issues, techniques, and regulatory compliance requirements relating to the team leader subject area.
    2.I deliver site-based facility services to ensure a sustainable, safe, clean and functional environment for customers and co-workers.
    3.I maintain the site “In Shape as New” through the delivery of planned, corrective and operational maintenance services and project activities.
    4.I understand the impact of my actions on the financial results of Facility Management and know which results I have influence over.
    5.I assist in controlling costs through working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way using good examples and encouraging colleagues to discover more effective ways of working.
    6.I ensure that all aspects of the building and grounds (facilities, building structures, assets and systems) are maintained within agreed budgeted costs and timeframes.
    7.I develop subject area knowledge and expertise both personally, and within the site, and support the implementation of best-practice aimed at lowering operational cost, and improving the efficiency and reliability of assets and building services.
    8.I ensure service providers as required to enable them to perform their contracted services, and provide solutions on supplier issues.
    9.I embrace an environment of trust by encouraging open, constructive, honest two-way feedback with my colleagues.
    10.I share knowledge with, and nurture innovation from, facility management co-workers."
