主要工作职责：

1、完成制定的各项销售指标及关键绩效指标;

2、为顾客提供最优质的客户服务，确保遵循公司制定的销售步骤，热情地为顾客服务，满足他们需求;

3、及时妥善处理顾客疑虑及问询; 提高顾客满意度;

4、执行公司各种规章制度、营运相关管理制度及流程；

5、协助管理并定期维护店内所有的设备、固定资产和其他器材；

6、确保完成相关的QA标准，食物和安全健康检查并按要求采取改进措施；

7、作为歌帝梵企业文化的大使。

职位要求：

1、巧克力爱好者；

2、具备电脑操作基础知识；

3、良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力；

4、具有销售能力；

5、具有求知欲和主动性；

6、高中或职校以上学历；

7、在顾客服务，分销，或食品行业有工作经验者优先。

工作时间：季度综合工时制（根据店铺运营进行排班）

薪酬结构：基本工资+全勤奖+月度奖金，年底双薪
