Responsibilities

熟悉汽車產業,具備業務策略規劃、執行與產業人脈經營運作整合。

1.依公司願景及年度目標擬定銷售/行銷策略及計畫,並確保有效執行與落實銷售目標。

2.統籌整合銷售/行銷/客服團隊資源,擬定獎金辦法,且進行流程改善,激勵團隊達成銷售績效與目標管理。

3.確保銷售團隊之產品銷售、客戶服務等方面均符合原廠標準。

4.督導管理銷售據點環境與服務品質,提供客戶最佳賞車體驗。

5.具高度服務熱忱,領導、管理及教育銷售團隊。

1. Formulate sales/marketing strategies and plans according to the company’s vision and annual goals, and ensure the effective implementation and implementation of sales goals.

2. Coordinate and integrate sales/marketing/customer service team resources, formulate bonus methods, and carry out process improvement to motivate the team to achieve sales performance and target management.

3. Ensure that the product sales and customer service of the sales team meet the original factory standards.

4. Supervise and manage the environment and service quality of sales bases, and provide customers with the best car appreciation experience.

Qualifications

  • 專科以上,科系不限。
  • 十年以上工作經驗,具管理銷售團隊經驗五年以上者尤佳。
  • 負責任感
  • 善於激勵員工以達成團隊績效
  • College degree or above, subject is not limited.
  • More than ten years of work experience, with more than five years of experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
