1. 依據公司目標，制定產銷計畫(MPS)與推動執行。
2. 管理工廠生產排程、交期及產能。
3. 對應客戶溝通以及Worldwide各廠間產銷平衡協調工作。
4. 成本分析及控管。
5. 帶領部門同仁達成年度KPI目標及改善專案流程。
6. 熟悉SAP系統。
