  • 1.Responsible to secure that the construction of M＆E system to the new IKEA store is done within budget in according to IKEAs construction standards， manuals and conceptual drawing.
    2.Manage the local M＆E suppliers that perform the actual construction work
    3.Responsible to source/buy all work and services related to the M＆E system.
    4.Responsible to obtain the necessary M＆E permits to enable construction of the project.
    5.To secure that stores are built in according to the IKEA Conceptual drawing
    6.Organize and coordinate with the vendors for M＆E construction on site and control payment to vendors by valuation of completed work.
    7.Plan M＆E construction methods and procedures， working together with construction manager to secure the quality， construction schedule to meet IKEA standard.
    8. Responsible for the selection and procurement of all M＆E consultant / vendors in accordance with IKEA policy.
