The International Sales Manager is responsible for the commercial organization supporting the Headquarters portfolio, which provides biotechnology customers with integrated automation solutions across the entire bioproduction workflow.

  • Work content:
  • Maintain and develop strategic relationships in overseas markets.
  • Achieve the goals set by the company to expand revenue.
  • Establish sales channels, maintain dealer relationships, and deepen existing markets.
  • Attend and plan for domestic and foreign exhibitions.
  • Experience crafting Strategic Account Plans and other assignments by the supervisor are also parts of standard work procedures.

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or management related is required. An advanced scientific degree/MBA is preferred.
  • 5 years of sales experience, preferably with strategic account management for large and complex accounts.
  • Language
  • Strong English communication proficiency required (Certifications such as TOEFL, TOEIC, and GEPT can be good references.)
  • TOEIC score above 850 is a plus.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Experience in medical and biotechnology-related industries is preferred.
  • Others
  • Proven skills in international business development, and sales. The capability of gathering and analyzing market information is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate will manage a small sales team
  • The ideal candidate will be assigned for business travel, and the accumulative time in a year is less than three months.
  • Incentive bonus depends on individual’s performance.
