Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate leadership, strategy, processes and programs for the field services operations function.
  • Prioritize services resources to maximize revenue and margin potential for the business while maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage internal relationships to enhance business performance and customer experiences.
  • In partnership with business units and sales, help drive business results across businesses and regions.
  • Own financial and operational KPIs related to service efficiency, including servicing cost and utilization.
  • Fosters strong customer relationships by developing and implementing processes and tools which help establish solid relationships and surpassing customer expectations on service delivery.

Experience / Requirements

  • Have more than15 years of solid experience in semiconductor / capital equipment industry.
  • Energetic, collaborative and proactive; a leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.
  • Demonstrate ability to self-direct and prioritize among competing goals and exhibit flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Demonstrated operational excellence, including financial and business analysis skills
