As Lalamove Taiwan continues to expand super-fast – the team is now seeking an out-going, energetic and detail-oriented individual to join, in our People Operations/HR team. If you want to be in a role that makes an impact on the business – this is the role for you! You will be responsible for providing all-rounded support to the Taiwan office to ensure the smooth running of people related topics with a mindset to provide high-quality HR and admin services. This role requires someone highly energetic with excellent administrative, organizational and IT skills.

Main Responsibilities
    • Successfully source, hire and onboard high calibre candidates to join our business and operations teams
    • Act as a brand ambassador of our values - Passion, Grit, Humility & Execution when connecting with prospective talent and stakeholders in the business
    • Maintaining, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of all HR records, systems - knowledge in using HR Technology
    • Coordinating with different local government agencies
    • Coordinating company events such as team building and other ad hoc events
    • Administration of government-mandated benefits
    • Providing backup support to Recruiting and Timekeeping as needed
    • Assisting in all-round office administration including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and supplies, filing, office equipment maintenance, stationary, and pantry’s supplies etc.
    • Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time

What We Seek
    • Previous experience in doing high volume recruitment- you are not just a regular Recruiter, you will have a solid understanding of the Taiwan talent market and recruiting trends as well as be able to stay abreast of the fast paced market conditions
    • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholdersExcellent attention to detail, reliable and well organized
    • Ability to exercise discretion at all times is essential
    • Able to prioritize, work autonomously and manage time effectively
    • Strong representation of Lalamove’s four core values; Passion, Grit, Humility & Execution

What You’ll Need
    • Undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration or HR management
    • At least 1 years of recruiting experience gained from either agency or in-house environment required
    • Or minimum 1 years of experience in HR ideally gained from a start-up or similar organization
    • Direct sourcing and headhunting expertise
    • Strong knowledge of local labour regulations, HR operations and local recruitment specifics
    • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Amazing attention to detail, and proven track record of meeting deadlines
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, including being adaptable to work with a variety of personalities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to prioritize, work autonomously and manage time effectively
    • Fluent in both English and Chinese
