Report to : Financial Controller

Job content:

● Manage Fixed Asset (FA) and General Ledger (GL) process to support bank wide FA sub-ledger maintenance and Fusion GL monitoring

● Play major role in supporting/driving project implementation

Provide support in project implementation, e.g. UAT, SOP review, etc.

● Monitor FA and GL control activities according to the bank’s control requirement

● Maintain the accuracy of FA sub-ledger in Fusion to align with bank’s policy & procedure

● Support end-to-end management process, risk management and MI report preparation in FA and GL area

● Providing guidance to departments for proper actions in Fusion FA and GL module to avoid significant financial statement exceptions

● Effective communication with all Fusion stakeholders, e.g. users from businesses/functions and AP, with both Fusion proficiency and GL control in-depth knowledge

● Skills/Experience:

• University or above
• 5-10 years work experience
• Strong accounting background with solid IFRS knowledge in banking industry, notably the recent changes in IFRS9 & IFRS16
• Fluent English communication skill
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proactive & positive working attitude
• Good MS Office skill (e.g. Excel).
• Good communication skill.
• With CPA firm working experience is preferred.
