• Be responsible for following up the sales order and coordinate the issues with the sales team
• Key customer service window and support works

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Coordinate and act as service window toward customers
• SAP operation – customer information, quotation/pricing, product & inventory information
• Submit application for credit limits and payment terms for the change in the system in order to align with the latest business situation.
• Customer A/R management
• Key customer consignment management
• Support Strategic & Key Accounts Sales for their daily activities
• Support customer document requests as well as customer complaint
• Provide monthly report as requested

Requirements & Qualifications

• Good communication skills and service consciousness
• Good written English skills
• Proficient with MS Office
• 3 to 5 years related experience
• Team player with the ability to work effectively in organization
• Previous experience in customer service and SAP would be an advantage
