  • A unique opportunity to lead a thriving health care company in Taiwan with multiple upcoming launches (Rx, Device and OTC) and a strong company culture.
  • The Commercial Director is the most senior company representative in Taiwan.
  • Reporting directly to the role is the commercial organization of approx. 30 team members and leading Taiwan cross-functional team of 50 employees in a matrix organizational design.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead the cross functional and market leadership team in Taiwan towards the common goal of leadership in Women’s Health and Cardiovascular disease.
  • Lead the commercial organization to deliver on ambitious P&L objectives .
  • Partner with Public and Private stakeholders to ensure that the women and patient, who needs our products, will have access to them.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with SEA Cluster teams and be active part of the SEA Cluster Leadership Team
  • Ensure an exceptional company culture driven by our purpose.

Requirements
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry and health industry .
  • Strategic and aspirational mindset as well as attention to detail.
  • Strong financial and business acumen .
  • Master’s Degree within relevant speciality.
  • Track record of leading sizeable teams to excel when meeting both opportunities and challenges.
  • Tangible achievements in managing marketing & sales organizations
  • Clear ability to overcome challenges & manage ambiguity;
  • Fluent in English
