Main Responsibilities:*
  • Supervise and coach the field force, determine and allocate sales targets, formulating sales plan, maintain high level of contact with customers
  • Monitor market, customer and competitor trends and advise management on methods to improve company competitiveness
  • Manage relationships with customers and partners so that they promote ARDx products to the clients
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of staff via staff meetings. Interact and work with management and employees to promote teamwork
  • Complete planned customer visits to make sales presentations to existing and prospective customers, provides information and support, calculates and quotes prices, takes orders, and closes sales
Skills & Experience Required:*
  • BS/MS degree in related field
  • Min 3 years of supervisory experience leading a team
  • 8+ years working experience in medical field, preferred medical device or IVD.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Experience in funnel management and SalesForce system
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
