Responsibilities

• Expected to understand and influence foundries’ technologies to enable Company ’s revenue and margin growth. Position will partner with lead foundries and current and future technologies including, MOSFET, BCD, advanced CMOS, and Image Sensors. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute foundry technology strategy to ensure adequate technology and competitive pricing for Company’s products.
• Manage internal technology needs and technology selection for new engagements and new technology introduction. This includes managing all new technology introduction needs, including shuttles, tapeouts, IP merges, masks, and foundry schedules, as well as, enabling new technology joint development in external foundries.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with semiconductor technology development, fab integration, product engineering, business development, foundry management in IDM, foundry, fabless companies. WLCSP experience is plus.
• Flexible in local travel (frequent around Taiwan area)
• Self-driven, motivated, and excellent in problem solving skill with exceptional analytical and persuasion on directions.
  

Education

• MS degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Chemistry Engineering, Material Science or related area. Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
