Job Id: 22580479Personal Banker Representative 4 is an entry level position responsible for the assistance in the execution of sales, products or service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The overall objective of this role is to foster relations with customers to build loyalty and to help increase sales to individual consumer clients.Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality customer service through branch sales and service execution
• Build relationships through optimal sales/service delivery to internal and external customers
• Provide banking services to individual customers, and businesses, emphasizing personal financial counseling
• Apply detailed knowledge of broad work area procedures and activities to service a range of products/services
• Apply experience and judgment to make decisions and follow through within defined options or standard protocols
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
• Citi has entered into an agreement with DBS to acquire its consumer bank in Taiwan which includes credit cards, loans, retail banking, and wealth management. The sale is expected to complete in July 2023 . As this is a role to work in Citi’s consumer bank, the successful candidate will initially be employed by Citi, but on sale completion, their employment will transfer to DBS that will employ Citi’s consumer bank employees, prior to their transfer to DBS.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of relevant experience
• Previous banking, retail, or sales experience preferred
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
