The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting and finance functions, statutory reporting required by tax and audit fields.

- Management report and analysis

- Forecast preparation and control.

- Contact windows of stockholders, investors, and banks.

- Co-organize shareholders and board meetings.

- Maintain and monitor effective internal controls to assure accurate financial information.

- Assist in potential global M&A preparation and analyses.

- Contact window of IPO-related things.

- Review existing workflow and propose any improvement idea or suggestion

- Lead and develop the finance team in efficient, quality, and balance structure.

- Company registration maintenance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree with major in accounting or related discipline.

- Minimum 10 years relevant working experience with experience in managing a finance team.

- Advanced communication skills in both English and Chinese.

- Familiar with SAP B1 system is a plus.
