POSITION PURPOSEDriving brand strategy development, implementation and ensure the realization of revenue and profitability targets in Taiwan.Own implementation of key marketing programs for HBU portfolio in Taiwan.Provide supports to BU Name CBL in assigned commercial and business activities.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Brand Plan Execution
  • Provide inputs in the strategic planning process for BU Name portfolio based on customer insights to enhance current portfolio
  • Tailor and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for BU Name portfolio
  • Implement the brand plans by working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on time and budget
  • Monitor and analyze business performance vis-à-vis business goals (awareness, share and etc.) and the competition
  • Support country business leads on long range forecasting, OP planning and budget/sales target allocation
Promotional Materials Management
  • Select best-fitting modules from regional/global content, translate and trans-create brand materials, as needed
  • Work with medical and legal team to get appropriate approval for brand plan and materials
  • Partner with medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes
  • Ensure all marketing and business programs/practices are compliant to applicable local, global and company laws and guidelines
Key Projects Support
  • Carry out BU Name team’s CME programs as well as take on assigned tasks independently
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure assigned brand plan execution with compliance and market feedback
  • Prepare monthly tracking reports for each program progress
  • Manage the program operating budget versus realization in order to ensure effectiveness of budgeted expense
