• Key role as a focal point of contact for technical support of MxL growing CPE business in front of Carriers/Customers during the customer project development phase (system bring-up, system testing/qualification, field trials and production)
• Analyze, debug, and drive resolution of Customer Issues (system product failures, configuration issues, field issues, IOP, Customer errors) proactively
• Maintaining all customer issues in MxL database for alignment with R&D team to resolve those issues
• Translate accurately feature requests from customers to help MxL improve our reference design
• Support Customer to port MxL’s reference designs and Software Development Kit to customer product for successful ramp-up
• Support Customer Design-In activities like Demos, Fairs, Road Shows,etc
• Execute Technical Trainings for FAEs, Distis, Partners and Customers
• BS in Electrical Engineering or related + 7 years of experience, or MS + 5 years of experience, or Ph.D. + 2 years of experience
• 5+ years working experience in embedded software development
• 3+ years experience in Embedded Linux software development, OpenWRT/RDK-B/Prpl experience is a plus.
• 3+ years working experience in communication product development, experience on PON products is preferred
• IPv4/v6, bridge/routing, Ethernet and WiFi related knowhow is preferred
• Customer support experience is preferred
• Fluent in English communication
