Job DescriptionTHE OPPORTUNITY- Exciting full-time, field-based sales leadership role
- Gain experience and develop skills in business support role with a premier global pharmaceutical company
- Recruit and hire industry-leading Women’s Health sales team to promote in-line WH portfolio and launch four new WH products through 2024
- In collaboration with cross-functional team, development & execution of WH product launch plan balancing priorities across new WH product launches and in-line WH brands
- Ensure that the team achieves maximal sales and market share by meeting or exceeding standards in each customer segment
- Build strong business partnership with key opinion leaders and develop new advocates for the product portfolio
- Develop long-term partnerships with key professional societies in Women’s Health
- Collaborate closely with KAM team leader, and ensure WH sales team collaboration with KAM team, to achieve rapid and broad access to WH products
- Determine optimal territory alignment / sales team configuration to maximize market-level sales
- Participate in determining territory sales targets
- Ensure close adherence to company policies and execution of field sales activities in alignment with ethical business practices
- Collaborate effectively with all functions in planning and execution of promotional activities and events that are consistent with franchise promotional strategies
- Regularly analyze team performance qualitatively & quantitatively against KPIs, identify improvement areas to drive corrective actions, and provide coaching to improve performance
- Optimize effectiveness and efficiency of sales team through formal and informal training and feedback
- Conduct routine field visits to understand customer needs, market dynamics, and sales team drivers/barriers to achieving market-level sales targets
- Ensure effective team execution of customer targeting plan and delivery of promotional messaging in alignment with customer needs
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members and helps them optimize effectiveness in daily work
- To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 5-7 years working in related field in pharmaceutical, medical device or other healthcare industry
- 1-2 years sales or team management experience
- Experience in development and execution of successful product launch(es)
- Women’s Health product experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachler degree
- Education background in a Medical Field, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred
- Excellent skills with MS excel, word, power point tools
- Be proactive and self-motivated, with passion to make an impact in Women’s Health
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good team player and with growth mindset to learn quickly
- Fluent in in both Mandarin and English
