Key Responsibilities

• Develop next generation photosensitive material & related technologies for printed circuit board (PCB) and other photolithographic applications.
• Explore new monomer design and polymer structure through patent landscape analysis, fundamental understanding, experiment design, data analysis, and result interpretation.
• Establish polymer characterization to facilitate new product development.
• Coordinate pilot scale production to speed up product commercialization.
• Create strong relationships with internal/external groups, as well as external vendors.
  

Qualifications

• PhD degree in Polymer chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry is required.
• Experience in condensation polymerization and organic synthesis are required.
• Experience in design and synthesis charged polymers are a plus.
• Experience in formulation development, DOE experience and industrial working experience is a plus.
• Independent researcher as well as team player.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin.
• Be able to travel to US and within Asia.
