The Quality Lead is responsible for providing hands on training to operational teams across the region and lead quality escape investigation.The incumbent must be capable of working in a matrix environment, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful rollout of all strategies.The Quality Lead will establish a culture of compliance to standard operating procedures to fulfill internal and customer requirements, delivering world class operational performance.

Responsibilities：

Primary Responsibilities

• Function as Subject Matter Expert for Warehouse roles to support operational teams with training and knowledge as required.
• Provide over the shoulder and class room training as required, to new starters and refresher training to existing staff.
• Single point of contact for training related matters in Taiwan.
• Drive compliance across regional sites to rollout tracker (that includes SWI, QAB, etc).
• Conduct quality investigations on any quality escapes primarily in Taiwan using root causes analysis techniques e.g. 5 WHYs, fishbone.
• Close quality investigation with SLAs with high standards.
• Lead internal audits in Taiwan and assists in audit closure in a timely manner.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Provide reporting metrics for training compliance and audit readiness.
• Drive process excellence by following up with sites for GEMBA walks using SBN tool.
• Support continuous improvement activities (such as Kaizen).

Qualifications：

Experience:

• Root cause analysis and/or improvement project experience is a must.
• Experience in warehousing /logistics industry is preferred.
• Experience in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) management/ writing/ training is preferred.

Education:

• Diploma / Bachelors Degree

Skills:

• Excellent in reading and writing of English and Mandarin
• Effective communication skills
• Logical and structured approach to problem solving
