The Learning and Development Officer at Channel Bakers is hyper passionate about creating an exceptional and meaningful learning experience for their stakeholders.

You are focused on supporting our APAC employees, creating, and converting learning content for this market. You are digital advertising savvy and have experience of localizing learning materials. You partner closely with our other L&D sources in region, leading the curriculum development and developing trainers.

With acute attention to detail, you analyze, translate, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training and development programs for our learners. You like processes and work well with objectives and goals but can be agile and change gears quickly when it’s required.

You thrive in the classroom, facilitating online learning and supporting practical application of taught skills. You love the challenge of coming up with innovate learning solutions to overcome barriers to success. You are passionate about the experience of your learners and create a space where they can discover, develop, and thrive.

You create an environment where people want to do their best; you can motivate the many, assess each person’s ‘hot button’ and use it to get the best out of them. This role requires bi-lingual fluency in English and Mandarin.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 4+ years relevant learning and development experience
  • At least 1+ years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Qualification and/or equivalent L&D related qualification ILT, VILT, WBT
  • Business fluency in Mandarin and English essential
  • Digital advertising agency experience preferred and a significant advantage
  • Highly knowledgeable about adult learning theory and its practical application
  • Experience of designing, developing, and delivering emerging learning solutions including game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements strongly preferred
  • Strong facilitation experience required, specifically in the areas of new hire onboarding, presentation skills, sales skills, product & services, and tools & technology
  • Strong project management and leadership skills to achieve design target timelines
  • Ability to analyze metrics and prepare reports on project efficiencies and/or deficiencies
  • Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNAs)
  • Proven ability to plan activities, pivot and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong visual / graphic sensibilities with an eye towards representation and inclusion
  • Experience of working within a high performing team
  • Proficient user of standard office software (MS Office, Suite etc.).
  • Intermediate or advanced excel and power point skills required.
  • Comfort working across time zones and leading multinational teams
  • Ability to take global learning content and regionalize it to support local learners
  • Strong understanding of and experience working in eastern business cultures
  • Proven track history of driving your own professional and personal development

Everyday Tasks:

  • Partner and collaborate with APAC stakeholders to design and source blended learning materials to support organizational goals based on the 70:20:10 model for Learning and Development.
  • Weekly meetings with Global Learning & Development Lead
  • Attend APAC team meetings
  • Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate all training content including instructor manuals, participant guides, eLearning, video, train the trainer materials, job aids, evaluations, tests, etc.
  • Take US created content and adapt for local market requirements
  • Manages multiple assigned projects (classroom and eLearning) that meet needs for Channel Bakers
  • Develop comprehensive measurement strategies for all learning solutions to demonstrate impact and effectiveness (Kirkpatrick’s Level of Evaluation)
  • Consult with the wider Learning & Development team, leaders, subject matter experts and stakeholders to design learning solutions based upon audience needs and task analysis that include recommended delivery methods, curriculum content and supporting materials to ensure learning objectives
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning design through the creation of assessments, activities and evaluations that gauge the mastery of learning objectives during or after training
  • Facilitate learning for all Absurd Media Group employees based on priority and business requirements
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally across all divisions of Absurd Brands anf with other key-stakeholders
  • Support the onboarding of new hires, driving employee morale and facilitating local engagement initiatives in conjunction with People & Culture
  • Serves as a coach/mentor for other Learning & Development specialists when partnering on projects/initiatives

資歷與經驗要求:

· 至少四年以上相關學習發展經驗

· 至少一年以上主管經驗

· 相關學士學歷/專業資格,及/或學習發展相關同等資格如講師領導訓練(ILT)、虛擬講師領導訓練(VILT)、網路訓練(WBT)

· 中英文皆必須達到商務流利水準

· 數位廣告代理商經驗為佳,係顯著優勢

· 嫻熟成人學習理論與實務應用

· 設計、開發與提供新興學習解決方案經驗,若含遊戲為基礎的學習、影片、微學習、模擬,以及需要多重分之元素的沈浸式狀況極佳。

· 須有豐富的引導經驗,特別在新聘員工就職、簡報技巧、銷售技巧、產品與服務、工具與科技等領域。

· 優秀的專案管理與領導技巧,以達到設計的目標時程

· 能夠針對專案效率及/或缺失分析指標並準備報告

· 進行訓練需求分析(TNA)的經驗

· 具有在快速變動的環境中規劃活動、調整並適應的實績能力

日常工作:

  • 與亞太利害關係人合作設計與安排調和的學習素材,依據70:20:10的學習發展模型,支援組織目標。
  • 與全球學習與發展主管的週會
  • 參加亞太團隊會議
  • 分析、設計、開發、執行並評估所有訓練內容,含講師手冊、參加者指南、電子教學、影片、講師培訓素材、職務輔助、評估、測試等。
  • 將美國創作的內容配合當地市場的要求進行調整
  • 管理多重指派/專案(課堂與電子學習),達到Channel Bakers要求。
  • 對所有學習解決方案開發綜合性測量策略,以展現影響與效率(柯氏評估分級)
  • 諮詢更大的學習與開發團隊、領導人、主題內容專家、利害關係人,依據受眾需求與任務分析設計學習解決方案;任務分析含推薦交付方法、課程內容與支援素材,以確保達到學習目標。
  • 透過建立評估、活動,與訓練中途和訓練後量測掌握學習目標的評量,評估學習設計的有效性。
  • 引導所有Absurd Media Group員工,按照優先順序與業務要求學習
  • 執行其他指派的相關職責
  • 和Absurd品牌各部門與其他關鍵利害關係人進行跨部門溝通與協作
  • 支援新進員工就職,推動員工士氣,配合人文部門協助本地參與倡議
  • 在合作專案/倡議時,擔任其他學習發展專員的教練與導師。
