We are looking for a self-motivated, high-achieving individual to fill the role of Jira Engineer.

At Moxa IT Member, user experience is the focus of everything we do, in order to help users build functional systems that improve user experience, We require a problem solver with analytical skills and sound judgment who demonstrates flexibility, team work, and technical innovation.

As a Jira engineer, you will convert the requirements put forward by PM/BA into technical specifications and development documents, and implement them in the Jira/Confluence system to meet the needs of users. In addition, daily maintenance is also the focus of the service one.

Responsibilities

1.Manage platform for Jira/Confluence and daily operation

2.Java program development

3.Develop scriptrunner for process automation

4.Customization of Jira functions (workflow, field, schedule job)

5.Deliver high quality source code and improve and maintain the quality of the delivered code

6.Investigate and debug problems and work with team member to resolve them

7.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at various levels in the organization

8.To support and maintain Jira/Confluence (Configuration, Programming, maintenance)

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.

Experience:

1. 1+ years experience in JAVA program development

2. 1+ year experience in JIRA and Confluence management.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen and a commercial outlook in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
