Minimum qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
• 15 years of experience in SOC architecture and/or software development
• Strong English-language written and oral communication skills.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• PhD degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• 10 years of experience in people management, building, attracting, motivating, and energizing teams
• Experience with machine learning, power and performance architecture, low power design, embedded software development, and the complete silicon development flow from concept to mass production.
• Experience solving highly complex, technical problems under schedule constraints

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a Silicon engineering team in APAC
• Manages and coordinate multiple activities across stakeholders in Silicon, and Pixel Hardware/Software organizations
• Manage and coordinate activities across the team in India, collaborating with the cross-functional leaders
