We’re looking for talent to join our Business Development team to create long-term, strategic relationships with potential tenants. This role will be part of the ALS BD team, the position liaises between clients and cross-functional ALP BD and total solution teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs.

Job Responsibilities

What you will do...

  • Research and understand the below market, in order to develop a solid client base: Warehousing and logistics market, Logistics automation market, and ALP’s product offering and value proposition
  • Keep informed on market trends and competitor offerings
  • Prepare suitable comprehensive materials for client pitches and precisely deliver the same to clients
  • Lead the client from the first pitching to successful deal closing
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain existing clients/ acquire new clients
  • Source and generate new leads through calls, emails, networking events, or partnerships with external stakeholders
  • Collect client requirements and ensure that all of their needs are addressed
  • Negotiate lease terms with clients and follow through to execute agreements
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for client account management concerns
  • Liaise and work cooperatively with internal cross-department teams to ensure the solutions fulfill clients’ requests
  • Support local marketing/ public relations efforts as needed

  • Essential and Functional Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Logistics or Transpoeration Management, or other relevant and equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of Leasing Consultant or Business Development.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin and English
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
