  •   支援(桃園/台南/高雄)各物流倉庫人力需求招募,開發人力資源管道與篩選人才
  •   派遣員工招募作業管理
  •   短、中、長期臨時派遣人力規劃及與派遣人力公司洽談報價、議價等事宜
  •   支援各項徵才活動、拓展及維護多元招募管道(如校園徵才/政府或各類就業博覽會等)
  •   人力專案規劃與執行
  •   協助現場主管和人力公司規劃及導入計件論酬制和KPI的設定
  •   作業流程優化 & 報表分析制作
  •   協助主管完成新進人員報到及離退人員等相關作業
  •   總務或一般行政庶務
  •   主管交辦事項
