Description

-規劃及檢討公司會計作業流程，並覆核各項會計作業，以符合財會及稅務之規定
-覆核子公司財務報表，並針對異常項目進行分析檢討
-定期核閱財務報表，並針對異常項目進行分析檢討-負擔公司所有財會業務，包含會計、預算、現金流量、財報分析、稅務、董事會股東會-按時並準確提供每月、每季、年度財報以及其他相關需求文件
-協助公司達成年度目標、財務部系統與流程的規劃及導入-定時與各部門確認財報狀況、業績達成及成本控管
-協助經營策略分析，研擬營運計劃及年度預算規劃-提供專業財務管理知識並建議協助主管決策
-解決並督導關係企業帳務處理及覆核其財務報表-曾有對董事會、股東及高階主管報告之經驗

Profile

10+ years of experience with Taiwan listed company or complex multinational companies

Chartered accountant or CPA or equivalent and preferably with 3+ years of Big 4 audit experiences

High competence in IFRS and technical accounting

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Ability to lead, manage and work with a geographically distributed team based in different locations

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence through business partnership

Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken

Working experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is a plus
