Jobs Description:

Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
Collaborating with operations or engineering managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
Handle customer complaints

Qualifications and Requirements:

University graduate in quality, industrial, or engineering equivalent

Minimum 2 years experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.

Understand engineering drawings and define the quality specifications.

Experience with ISO/IATF quality system.

Experience using QC tools including QC 7 tool, SPC, 8D, statistics, and, data analysis techniques.

Good command of both English and Mandarin: communicating effectively (both by text and oral).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent project management skills.

Attention to detail, attentiveness to quality, good logical thinking ability, and task prioritization capability in a dynamic environment.

Have a car driver’s license.
