【外商】Buyer, Project Procurement(Contractor)

Jobinhalt

• Work with Forwarders to tracking weekly shipments
• To establish competitive lanes and support all freight forwarding activities
• To support import shipments activities from factories and suppliers (include custom clearance)
• Expedite and follow up with factory on baseload order fulfillment to customer.
• Verify weekly freight invoices from freight forwarders & custom broker
• To ensure compliance with all applicable national & international Trade Compliance laws & regulations. To act as the primary Trade Compliance contact for national authorities.
• Generate monthly inventory report
  

• Ensures that the procurement process is in adherence to company and client requirements, company policies and procedures to ensure successful delivery of project requirements.
• Ensures that all purchases are competitively bid or that sufficient justification and documentation is obtained to allow non-bid purchases.
• Created PO in EPR(SAP), managed delivery schedule per project schedule
• Submit on a monthly basis a consolidated group savings report and other KPI report(OTD, vendor performance etc.)
• Any other task as assigned
  

• At least 2-3 year prior experience in procurement or SCM
• Excellent in Microsoft office especially excel
• Knowledge of SAP systems – intermediate experience
