Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organisation
  • Manage training programs 2. Maintain standard review on product knowledge and VM check monthly
Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage retail and wholesale training calendars.
  • Prioritize training per account and optimize training resources, locations and time.
  • Run the induction Program to all new Joiners to the company.
  • Monitor every store KPI and keep a monthly updated report.
  • Reporting any key issues related to consumer
Budget & Expenses
  • Manage training budget available per region and/or account

Internal : Product Manager , Sales Team , Retail Team , Marketing Team

External : Retail Store Manger , Franchise Store Manger

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications
  • University Degree and above
  • Minimum 1- 2 years experience in training development or/and retail operation and delivery preferably in leading multinational / fashion goods company
