Job Description
  • Take on the role of overseeing regional sales and operational objectives while upholding client confidentiality.
  • Execute global strategies discreetly, tailoring them to local needs, and contribute to the advancement of global strategy.
  • Attain regional sales financial goals with discretion, including forecasting, budgeting, and corrective actions.
  • Formulate sales objectives, revenue targets, and KPIs confidentially through robust business planning.
  • Discreetly broaden the customer base by guiding and supporting the sales team and nurturing key customer relationships.
  • Discreetly promote the company’s product portfolio through focused marketing and sales activities in the APAC region.
  • Confidently collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Offer confidential recommendations for product line enhancements by identifying new opportunities, discerning consumer needs and trends, and monitoring competitor activities.
  • Leverage the company’s CRM tool confidentially to identify and execute regional sales system improvements.
  • Confidentially lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring they possess the necessary direction, motivation, and competencies while respecting client confidentiality.
The Successful Applicant

  • More than 12 years of global sales experience with leading multinational corporations.
  • Over Eight manager sales teams across various regions.
  • Established track record in client development, revenue generation, and profit growth.
  • Specialised in networking and automation sales within the Asia market.
  • Expertise spans Marine, Infrastructure, Energy, and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Proficient in Key Account Management and high-level contract negotiations.
  • Effective communicator, commanding respect across all organisational tiers.
  • Structured problem solver with a strong international perspective.
  • Outcome-focused, excelling under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Skilled motivator, team builder, and collaborative contributor.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, facilitating seamless communication.
